There are going to be more ops/apm manager positions open then there are people that are going to apply for them. How is that going to work? And what do you think the plan will be for them to fill the open positions? In my area most of the tenured APM's are taking the severance package. What a mess this is about to be.

They won’t MSO or MSAP if not filled; someone might have to cover a store temporarily until a job is filled, but I really don’t expect these jobs not to get filled quickly.
I'm in the northeast and we have that problem where there will be more open positions to fill then people who want them. Granted there are multiple people going for one store but if you were able to select 3 locations to interview for most people who need a job will probably get one. I just don't know what they're going to do with the stores that don't get filled. MSO/MSAP?
I had a phone interview and it was a formal structured interview. I thought it would be more of a casual conversation interview. Nope! We're supposed to hear Wednesday if we're getting one of the jobs. At least if we don't like the offer we still get our package. That was a relief
A metro area with 2 stores? I’m confused by that statement. Most spoke will NOT relocate they try to get the store near their homes. I think people will take positions to take them but will be underpaid and over worked. Good luck
Time slots? Who cares about time slots? This wasn’t a formal Interview experience. The new DD Ap/OPS for the district conducted phone interviews and face to faces over several days. And if they aren’t willing to relocate then why interview for the job? We are not in the boondocks but in a metro area with two stores.
You can see on the portal who interviewed and applied! Ha. Most time slots were not taken up! You must be in no whereville USA! How many of those 6 applicants are willing to relocate for a position?
Not true. Our store has SIX applicants for that open job. And we are a remote location, only one other location in our city. Hearing it’s that way all over the place.
