Jonny rock star was way over his head just with MTS and he is much more of a leader than Nail. This is looking more like a ruse everyday for a way hammer and nail to make hundreds of millions by creating a false "New Co" - pay leg CHC and MTS a little now and go to IPO to pay them a lot later.
Selfish Greed at it's best, Hammer and Nail are building self worth and nothing else
