So I’m assuming they have given executives notice of termination already but for for hourly associates I’m guessing they are just gonna wait until we finish inventory to lay us off ?

1vya, that would be MST and they just took a huge cut...if you think you barely see your repair guy now, get ready for a whole new level of that.
Has anyone heard about the guys that work on our registers? Are they part of OPS? I have not seen mine in the store. Wonder if they were let go.
The person saying they were the only AST in their building and they were cut is bullshi##ing. No store is cutting their only remaining ASTA. I’ve seen the list and NO store is losing their last person. Cuts are on,y in the bigger stores.
Who is going to count the vault, do register replenishments, timekeeping, onboarding, manage interview process, order supplies, work orders, sick time, help customers, I could go on and on. The SM already have enough on their plate.
Northeast region, I’m an AST and was just spoken to about my position being eliminated. ( I’m currently the only AST in the store as well. )
ASTS is safe this time around. ASTA reductions, don't know yet
What about Executives or Ast? I haven't a peep from anyone?
They have not given notice yet. I spoke to instore solutions and they don’t want to say who is and isn’t let go until 2 weeks prior of the fiscal month. She said if we give to much notice people will stop working. I am thinking mid week next week is when it will be official
In my store we haven't heard anything! The only change we got so far is Ap/Ops. They haven't even announced anything about the HRMs.
yep...in PA at least, expect your notice Saturday or on Sunday at inventory clock in if you volunteered to work.
