So then what would a board about Kmart or Sears or any other company be about if it isn't to share stories, share any information we may have or heard and stick together? Should we just come on here and say everything is O.K., we are a profitable company and they are going to give raises?

Ok, so Kmart stores just laid off some of their full-timers. So if that's not the reality of what's going on, I don't know what is. The kmart I used to work at before I found a better job laid off their receiving lead, front end lead, and ops manager.
