OXY, Chevron, EOG, Pioneer, Apache and now Anadarko either have new offices or are building new offices with amenities like child care, fitness accommodations, cafeterias. Why not us. We want better. We deserve better. This place is a dump.

Let’s see...maybe it’s because COP has one of the largest Permian acreage positions, claims to have the most drillable locations of any of the players mentioned, but only produces 25-30% of what the Big Dogs pump. Sounds like y’all can’t execute on your plans and/or lack the brains/guts to secure the requisite capital to monetize your inventory. If I were a shareholder (not dumb enough), I’d sell your assets to Pioneer or Exxon, fire all your staff, and knock over your decrepit building.
Then to celebrate, I’d have a smothered breakfast burrito, crisp bacon and skinny latte in the Pioneer cafeteria. And give Ryan a bonus...

That was a great breakfast. Hit the spot. Almost time for mid-morning break. Where does the time go. May as well as stay here in Pioneer's cafeteria....fresh rolls coming out of the oven. Good thing I brought my laptop. Can work right here in the cafeteria. Wonder what's on the menu for lunch.
Am hungry. Guess I'll run down to Pioneer' s cafeteria. They have great breakfast offerings.

Chevron and Oxy’s new facilities have pool tables, game consoles in break areas and a full gym with soccer/basketball court. We have free make your self coffee! But I get it why build fancy facility if there are no plans to develop the area.
All money for building renovations is going to the ELT's top floor digs in EC4. With our own elevator -and special parking of course. It's what we do. Enjoy your cake.
You had both buildings of Clay Desta Center with cafeteria in between then oil bust caused layoff and buildings were abandoned.
