Finally we can hold these teams accountable for never hanging or taking down signs or tags on time. 99.5% to pass!

I love how s.o.p(they don't want it called that for "negative connotations"..lol..militaristic much.well lremember how they pitched s.o.p as a way to increase efficiency and customer service..but now we have to spend all this time signing clipboards and sweeping warehouse floors multiple times..replacing little signs placed all over the warehouse..do we really need a sign to signify where the hose hangs next to the trash dumpster?? so much inefficiency and labor misuse...
This wouldn't be an issue if our labor wasn't so f---ing low.
At out store...grocery is hands down the worst team for getting this done... I can't wait for the hammer to start falling on them for this crap. The buyers walk around and act like they are Gods while their out of stocks are out of control.... NO it is not an SOP issue... they are just not ordering. I know how to look this stuff up....
Our market specials from the last sale are still sitting on the TL desk😂.
I used to get tons of free stuff due to expired sale signs that were left up. I was layed off a few years ago and refuse to set foot in my old store. Trust no one.
Well allot of people will be getting fired if they follow through on this. I have worked in multiple stores some stores are awful with prices Sign and tag maintenance.
I like when amazon changes a price on a sunday afternoon mid rush and you are already sold out of the item and dont have backstock because of o.t.s...and then they dont even have enough of the product in the supply chain...failure..
.
Good. Half of the teams don't have their signs up until after lunch and sale tags even later. There's always a few expired ones left behind for weights and measures to fine us.
