Part of the problem the company is so bloated is perhaps/probably due to random promotions to friends and families and non contributors after certain level. wont QC be back to normal track, If folks starting Directors ( or equivalent ) and above are demoted by 2 levels and 30% clean up at those levels along with 10% pay cut below director levels and 5% cleanup below director level. This would also mean, we produce more contributors, remove non contributors and still keep the company going ?
Get external 3 party to review and keep just the top of the cream guys at the top who can drive and provide vision, motivation to the company.
