Was employed 33 years for company. Mgmt stated company employment is no longer career. Very toxic company with non inclusive leadership.

What's the context of them saying that? I can see how employees are just a number/metric/cost with all of these layoffs and changes. I don't see the pension staying around for much longer. Or it does stay around and just acts as a false hope for any poor soul that thinks they'll survive here for more than a couple years.
