I don’t have any info other than managers here in the Midwest think second round of layoffs are coming this week so they went in short term disability to at least get 60 percent of their check and can’t be laid off if they are on FMLA. I don’t know how true it is but we shall see.
Anybody has more info on this?
I can second that. I was also a SM who left the Company before the layoffs began. I managed with integrity and put my customers and employees first. My DM was forcing me to make unethical decisions and told me I’d be gone if I didn’t cooperate. I immediately found another job and I haven’t looked back since. These issues didn’t just start overnight, they were just swept under the rug and not spoken about. Now that people’s integrity’s are being questioned, it’s all coming to light. There is a certain RVP out there who’s been mentioned several times and he is a very big problem for the Company because of his lack of leadership and integrity. I miss the great people at BBB, but things have changed unfortunately.

They sure can be. I was a sm and I laid off a dept manager on Fmla last round.
