My problem isn't with advertising. It's with the top guy telling the little guy to s--- it up. In this moment in time that is totally uncalled for. Don't you think the employees who have been subjected to diminishing benefits for several years and constant fear of loss of employment deserve to at least have a question about where this company is going without such outbursts from the guy stearing the ship? That's NOT what building bridges looks like to me.
There's some folks on Stream that want to be fired and call it retaliation. Convinced of this.
It's hard to wrap your head around I know, but marketing/advertising matter even when your stock has tanked. Every aspect of a business doesn't grind to a halt with a reduction in force. WIN is trying to re-brand BECAUSE IT KNOWS IT HAS TO FOR SURVIVAL. Get over it.
Regardless, CEO is out of touch. Too much IQ, not enough wisdom or people skills to be effective leader. If the stock were going gangbusters of course all this would stay under radar. Crisis exposes who the real players are.

The stream argument is quite shocking. Imagine the chief executive telling a small fry that since he can't say something positive about everything going on then to leave. The conversation was about why we would be sponsoring a small time racecar when we just reported a huge loss and let so many people go. I guess the message is either ignore what you don't like, shut up, or leave. Either way it doesn't bode well for the company in general.

I am sure you are doing well for yourself polesmoker. I would wager your were one of the over paid do nothing jackholes they let the axe go down on during the recent rifts.
