There seems to be serious unhappiness with the middle management. What is the performance criteria for directors at Qualcomm ?

Reviewing VP is just a formality to safeguard from legal issues. Do we have a VP is not performing ?
You don't know $#@&. VPs were reviewed.
VP and above seldom have any formal merit review. They're expected to be dedicated company men and not need much direction/hand-holding. A simple post-it note with bonus, RSUs, ISOs, and salary are often the only "review' they're often given. You guys are clueless.

SVP - 5000+
EVP - 10,000+
How many reports/managees are typical for directors and VP in qualcomm ?
As long as I see top managers be aware of this inefficient structure and make a better organization at this time, I am willing to vote for the White Paper.
and they get paid 4 times that of a engineers who do the job 24/7.
Qualcomm would do much better without principals and above titled people
Most of them don't bring any value
