When you decide to leave, do you get your pto hours paid out?

I know. I’ve seen ppl leave the same day they put in their notice.
They really dont care. Trust me.
I have a feeling when I put my notice in they won’t even ask for two weeks.
I left at around 20 years as well, I cashed out all the vacation time I could never Take due to staffing and walked with close to 27 thousand on my last check. I have a feeling amazon will wise up a and not allow continuous rolling of pto, most companies do no.

I got my PTO pay out with my final pay check.
It’s based on state pay laws. So depending on the state your last day worked or up to ..one pay cycle after you last day. Make sure to give notice so they no to process the termination, otherwise it may be delayed.
