Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

cThe company environment is being ruined

Tipshark and the Henchmen have ruined the company. They way that they are going about "making the company profitable" is by wielding the axe. This is not the company I was excited to work for when I started 12 years ago. Fear and uncertainty is running rampant. No one I know has any respect for Tipsord. He has ruined the company on every level except for those sitting on their ivory thrones in Bloomington.

The good news is that eventually this leadership team will be gone, and all the middle managers who knew this was a c-ap fest will hire everyone back who was sh--canned, if those people are willing to come back, which is unlikely after the 5 years it will take to undo this c-ap.

Make State Farm great again! Sorry just like our country, it’s too late.

I concur. I too cannot refer to Tipsord as Mr. I can refer to him as the step child of Satan along with 45.

The answer to all your questions, trials and tribulations can be found in the palms of Michael Tipsord.

Please note I did not address him as Mr. That title is a matter of respect. It is reserved for respect.

Michael reminds me of 45. Will not call his name either. The two believe it's all about them.

So many good experienced people have left and continue to leave while all those newbies in they hubs do a very poor job at much lower wages. It's the beginning of the end at SF

Building the hubs and CDE blew up our expense ratio. Both are failing/failed. A patchwork of systems and fiefdoms and rank territoriality impede any attempt at reform.
