So why hasn't anyone predicted or wished that JC would get the boot? Who's surprised? Who knew and just didn't care?

AMEN! He’s a joke. Anyone who fails to see that is blind. The second he opens his mouth all is revealed. But, the M in Mattel stands for mediocrity...so he’s in the right place.

What about all the other employees. I've heard the majority of Mattel employees are f---ing screw-ups too!. Then they go to other companies like Spin Master, Jakks Pacific, or Moose toys and they bring all their friends from Mattel with them and f--- up the next company they go to

According to salary.com, JC salary of 569,910 + 990k stock option +410k other options was the annual cost to Mattel. After 2017 results , a loss of 1 billion dollars, we want our money back!!!! Would hate to think what the loses to the company would be if these expensive unqualified executives were not trying.

If Another jargon spouting executive was walked to the door for good reason, good. Brands have deteriorated in market share, dollar volume, prominence, etc....but she looked the part and drove a Porsche... but failed as leader of a business of a company that lost 1 Billion dollars in 2017. Employees were told Mattel was set up nicely for 2017. That was wrong and any executive that lead to this lose is deserving of dismissal. And the people who hired her should also be dismissed .
High priced hire for a job she was unqualified for. She needed to be gone before she started. Those responsible for her hire need to be gone as well.
JC wasn’t around enough to leave much of an impression. We’ve had worse, for sure.
