I don't know if all Estimatics employees received the same email this morning, but in my area, we were advised earlier today that we would not be getting our decision form today, but later in the week. Apparently they're reevaluating the numbers. Our numbers seemed pretty straightforward, but I know from talking to other estimators around the company that some team managers wanted clarification on what the numbers meant in their areas because they weren't clear. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing for them, all of us, etc. Anyone else get the same email this morning?

Personally, I can't wait to get that form to get out of that concentration camp. When someone is on a water pill and is told they are going to the bathroom too much, its time to get out. I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy work in that place. They could care less about the policy holders and less about their employees
In estimatics in WV. Got email advised Opt In/Opt Out date has changed to "be determined". Only a few of us left in the state. Are they considering getting rid of the rest of us and going single bid? What a bunch of crap...uncertainty and stress.. Guess our times up!! TM is worthless..no help at all!
Anybody heard anything on numbers it’s getting crazy
I just talk with someone at the Bank they were told to prepare yesterday
Good luck everyone
Got the email; my TM is still in the dark. My position is going away, but what else can I put in for? That list is as clear as mud right now. "Maybe" 2-3 positions over here, "maybe" a few over there, all involving a long commute. I'm on the auto side; talked to a guy today in fire & they're having their share of turmoil, too.
Cutting more employees? Please elaborate.
Those numbers are just an estimate. The company will submit supplements to cut more employees.
