And that right there is what has always been our problem: Corporate doesn't know anything about the real world outside of the safe corporate bubble. Everything you said is false. People are being reassigned out of roles they're good in for sh--ty roles (think Injury) that no one wants. The company is hemorrhaging people.
Our company seems to be the only one in the world who doesn't get the beauty of remote or teleworkers. Tipsord is running us into the ground. Our customer service stinks and claim reps don't have the knowledge they used to.
They're just moving people around like chess pieces with no thought of whether it'll work or how it affects policyholders or employees. We've always been a little sad when it came to the treatment of our employees. Nearly 30 years and now all of a sudden I'll be gone without even a glance.
All the years I spent on the road for Catastrophe delivering the promise. No one cares.
