Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Enterprise Technology Managers

Anyone know how many Enterprise Technology Managers we’re not offered positions (not counting the ones who took voluntary severance)? I’m hearing numbers anywhere from 12 to 90.

In the Management meeting a couple of weeks ago, Ashley said “in the interest of full transparency, we will not be sharing that number with you”. What?!?

Then she ended the meeting with “have a nice day!”

Ashley should have been gone long ago. Clearly if she said that then she didn’t bother to rehearse her speech. She makes a regular practice of just winging it!

Isn’t it about time she headed South to Fl for another vacation? We all wonder if we can keep our families in our home and schools and she has a vacation home. She was an active participant in why we are dealing with the crap we are now.

So 250 total. Would trickle down then mean 1000 BAs?

Did Ashley really say that?

Either way, why is she still working here?

She should have been the first one escorted to the parking lot.

Don't know a specific number, but I heard there was a list of those that didn't get selected and it was in the neighborhood of 40
