It should be unfriendly and McDermott should clean house. Starting with management and CMS. CB&I likes to micromanage using CMS but they cannot successfully execute a project. They let the customers run over them.

If CMS is wrong nobody in management has the experience to know the difference. They just read CMS.

Look, CBI shares will become McDurmott shares. MCD CEO becomes the CEO of the former CBI management. It's an acquisition. All activity to date has been CBI turning over operational and financial details to MCD, not vice versa. Not a hostile take over, CBI was destroyed by Asher** & Sha leaving nothing but billions in debt that MCD assumes. MCD comes out the winner with CBI Technology licenses and having onshore and offshore capabilities along with 5+ billion in booked business during 2017.

It is not a hostile takeover. There were no barbarians at the gate. They did not attack. We did not resist.

The barbarians were already in our midst. They ransacked and pillaged and then threw open the gates to sell us into servitude. And now they drive away in their Porsches and Maseratis out the gates and over the corpses of our fallen. "It's not my fault. HE did it."

Goddamnit. God damn you all.
