Did anyone notice that severance will be paid 30 to 40 days after last day of employment.

Previous post is soo wrong. The randomizer is used if they get too many volunteers bc they can’t lose that many people. The people not selected keep their job. IMO I Doubt there will get enough volunteers. They can accept about 70 and it was offered to just over a hundred.
The sad thing is , if too many people elect to take the package they will be placed into a randomizer and they will only be selecting up to 30% of those who choose to take the severance. The other 70% will receive nothing and shown the door on March 9th and lose their benefits at midnight. This will include directors, managers and enrollment representatives so there is a very good chance this number will be exceeded. The scariest part is this could be left up to Romney to create some random formula on an excel spreadsheet to decide who will be receiving their severance. This would be the same guy who accidentally put his own cell phone number on one of his stupid reports and spent 3 days thinking it was an IRN and why he couldn’t figure out its 7 day conversion %.
