Anyone hearing another round of layoffs in November? If true, you have got to be kidding me. Why didn't they just do it this time. Heard it could be more field focused.

Always 2x a year. Octoberish and valentine's week. Been that way since '02. Fall is smaller. Main cuts are February.
This is what PepsiCo has done for the past 10 years! Ever since Indra became CEO the company has been a dysfunctional mess! Layoffs occur as annually as reviews! It is a sad situation! Which will continue to get worse as people move more and more into healthy lifestyles of which PepsiCo brand is not! One of my former colleagues and now dear friend stated it best.....PepsiCo is the new Phillip Morris. It too will suffer the same plight as the cigarette company. Buyer or should I say employee beware.....

Have heard the same and also heard that the reason the February round of cuts wasn't as deep was there was fear of how it would look publicly after the corporate tax cut. So, wait 6-12 months, talk of corporations getting a huge tax cut will die down, and then lay ppl off.
