Genesis keeps laying folks off, but at the wrong level. Regional Vice Presidents stay on, despite causing the sinking ship, while Area Directors are let go. Recently they laid off their highest performing Area Director and now watching that Area decline rapidly. Its sad to see this happening. Customers are dropping them left and right.
So much this! Why in the world would Genesis get rid of some of our best people while still keeping those who are responsible for the state we are in? As @Kv2kfxM-7kntn said, no wonder we are a sinking ship.
