Another day passes with no word. Another week passes with no bonus or merit increases. Another month passes with no commitment to our future. But have no fear every one, everything will be great in the future! Trust us! Just hang in there every body, work really hard and serve your clients!

Yawn.

I understand that point of view. But, I like our team and our chances. No savior. No magic. Just scrappiness, talent and commitment to clients and to each other.

Whether there is a split from Conduent or not, the damage is already done. The pay, benefits, and culture will not magically improve when a sale is announced or after its completed. It’s best to leave now while still part of Conduent and take your clients with you. If a split does take place, the new company will actually give a damn about non-competes.

I agree. I think that we have a lot of untapped potential because stupid a$$ conduent won’t let us go after business we can win.

Whether we get that liberator or not is yet to be seen.

Buck doesn't need a savior. We need a liberator. And, I am confident that will happen.

What’s scary about that old adage is, those that know, don’t speak, but those same people are clueless. This organization lacks leadership throughout. The last post couldn’t have been more correct; after every change Buck got worse and there’s no reason to think it will be different this time around.

Why are we pining away for yet another savior? We’ve been here before. Buck got worse under Mellon. Even worse under ACS. Even worse under Xerox. Even worse under Conduent. Anyone who has any talent whatsoever should be heading for the door (or they’re already gone). Who wants to be around when the buyer realizes they’ve been sold a lemon?

This thread reminds me of the old adage: Those who know, don't speak. Those who speak, don't know.

It seems to apply here.

Tick, tock. People are going to start to walk. Better get this sale announcement out there soon before people head for greener pastures. The Conduent pasture is riddled in $&!@!

What happened to the “good news”? More layoffs and no raises? Is that the good news?

1% is beter than layoff. I have got rating one. Now I am shown the way outside the office.

Last year i have seen people being layed off in other department. But I never thought I will be in the List.

I would have been glad for 3.5%, got 1%, seriously - how insulting is that

And many will get much less than said %. As in 0%. Which in many cases was the result of a “merit increase” strategy forcefully fit to a curve to avoid having to pay people fairly. Long term Conduent enployees are paid well below market value. SAD

Increment is not fixed across the organisation and it is based on your department , location & work nature. some people might have more than said %

3.5% is better than the 0% it appears most of us got

Yay!! We got a raise of 3.5% which converts to roughly $2.5 a month. Planning to buy a mansion and a Ferrari with it.

These Corporate thieves are continuing there efforts to insult employees by spreading these kinds of f..k news

I hope this is true but I find it difficult to believe given that it’s been supposed to happen every week since the end of December. If it doesn’t happen soon, more talent will be out the door with the latest insult of not even discussing raises that are supposed to be effective today. Wonder if they are just hoping we forgot about them...

Another week comes and goes with no news. Just as employees are starting to be informed of another year of poor salary increases that in no way reflects performance - bell curve “merit increases”. Get something done before more talent walks out the door.

Unless those tech people are in the US, then they just need to worry that their job is being shipped to India.

Consulting people going to outsource the technology work to third party company.

Technology professional d'ont need to worry as they are going to aligned with conduent.

The best news anyone in Consulting could get is an offer from a competitor. Conduent is a disaster. Spinning off won’t be much better as Consulting lacks leadership and direction.
