The cuts seemed to be very targeted though.
I know someone who's director was cut and it sounds like a few engineers.
Haven't heard total numbers though.

know 7 people in Bellevue office and 1 in RTP gone. Makes no sense but then it just reminds me for all gun-ho and clapping internal in all-hands this is just a paycheck, they do not actually care for me, and earn it bank it dont spent it.

I heard about 100 hit. The
NOT fake news!! Some good people let go today in SVL, not sure about their workload but they were good team players. Also, heard some RTP reps were impacted. Not sure about Pittsburgh, Wichita and other NetApp locations.
Don't have total numbers but apparently HW Eng. was hit hard.
No emails or announcement made from Sunnyvale.
Most of my team just got whacked. Just me and some directors standing, one of which should definitely be gone.
I haven't been told either way yet.
But no mystery meetings on the calendar yet.
