8 academic managers gone. 1 academic director stepped down. Their last day was Tuesday, the day after the holiday when they thought they had until Friday. UOP never gives you to tge end of tge pay period much less the end of the week.
Finance manager and director volunteers are next. They already got the email to volunteer to leave. Salaries for enrollment, academics, and finance are coming soon.

I heard of this on Friday(2.16.18). This is true(I spoke to a manager who's friend is in that division(Building 5/Academics for those wondering). I too wonder why no one really talked about it out loud. Though, I heard the number needed was 7. Either way, I agree, this is the first of restructuring with the new owners. The 1 year 'no change' period is now up. I would be willing to bet pay scale and PTO will be next discussed, if not for more layoffs. I'm not trying to spread rumors or scare anyone, but the way I see it, the writing is truly on the wall. There will be massive changes within 6 months.
