Poor salaries from where Fuecys get their money are generally salaries between UY 10000 - 18000. Who at Sabre MVD earns that?!? No one!

Does Sabre have competitive salaries? Yes. The best of the market? Probably not, but they offer other things that are extremely important to human beings and dignity.

Please tell these guys to go get another job in UY to compare conditions and have a reality check.

Does anybody know (besides lies -like the air conditioning improvements, LED lights and footrest that they claimed to be theirs!!) what the ones affiliated to Fuecys are ‘fighting for’ AND that they were denied using the common communication channels?

I understand it may take a while from the time an idea is proposed until is complete due to the budget process (I was one of the ones that proposed the footrest at Round Tables in late 2016) and had to be patient. In the meantime, no one was prohibited to use a box which worked for the purpose although not fancy looking.

Sabre listens and act... I think these guys affiliated to Fuecys with poor reputation are just looking for job security. Bad news is that if at some point business is disrupted by them, they leave no option for Sabre but to look for other horizons.

Be kind... use the open channels of communication and live and let live. Don’t compromise everyone else’s job.

Don’t ruin 14 years of business in Uruguay for nothing!

Learn about humility and get out of Fuecys. That would be a true ‘hero’s’ move. It would also help to Stop ruining your reputation in the local market. People are laughing at you through Whatsapp, in the hallways, etc.

There are 4 or 5. One of them has been out ‘sick’ due to Fuecys’ pressure... or so he says... or maybe he does not even want to work LOL

I asked around and these guys never even attended Facilities Round Tables... they are just poor performers with big ego. Sad

Yes, you may want to improve conditions but Thanks, we can manage to request them in a more friendly way.

You continue to avoid saying what are the ‘reclamos’ and the conditions to improve that cannot be requested in another way. I am not saying they are doing something ilegal, I am just saying that the way is not the best.

I also did not say that Sabre is saying they will close the Center. I just mentioned a fact, if at some point operations get disrupted by these guys, I am sure Sabre will look for other options. Sabre is not an NGO!

Completely agree with all these comments! If they asked for something worthy, maybe Ok... but anyway... not the correct channel to ‘fight for’ things... TALKING is how people communicate.

Yes. All these fellows are making the job of 1000 people be on the spot.

The reality check indicates that the UY guys are not the cheapest in this world but are highly utilized and good performers in general.

These 5 fellows just want to get fired and are putting in danger everyone here.

For me they are enemies, they are playing with the food of my children. As simple as that.

I don't say "hate them", I don't and won't, but if they continue down this negative path they will eventually be consequences. They guys are bananas, they are asking to get shift reduced with no salary reduction...perfect, thanks...from now on any new position will be opened in India if feasible and if not other locations will be expired around South America. Obviously.
