I left as a Metro Marketer because I found there was zero value in my job. Life is good on the other side!

Save one...all our metro marketers were poorly organized and wasted time and money. But they sure could send out glowing emails full of all their marketing exploits.....

It is all about perception. Truth is.... most TMs don't know what these people do all day...so, they want to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of those around them...

However... I have seen our Marketer shop for herself, do stuff for her kids, make personal appointments... but she could have been on a break? again, perception.

The same can also be said about the other members of the "backpack" crews that float in, offer 5-20 minutes of "feedback" and then do what ever it is they do all day....

SO ... GOOD GOD GET A GRIP.... both sides....

You mean It takes more than just one type of person doing one task to operate a large business?! Fascinating! That might mean that people have different roles and responsibilities and instead of hating on everyone we should treat each other with kindness and respect or LEAVE!

They aren't "hiding behind their laptops", they are working. Using their laptops is what they have to do to accomplish their jobs. Different jobs require different work methods. Just because someone isn't "throwing stock" doesn't mean they aren't working.
