Windstream is hiring customer service tech in Iowa like crazy.I applied for 5 of the jobs around me but didn't get any of them and I have all kinds of experience while the people they hired had none.Go figure.

THEY STARTED MOST OF THEM OUT AT $20.00 an hour one guy has been there for 5 months and already had a raise of $2.36 an hour
TT sleeps fine at night and so does the entire leadership team. They'll be fine no matter what happens and they know it. They'll never struggle to pay bills or put food on the table. No matter how many people they send to the unemployment line he will still post pics of his future French Alps vacations.
That’s why they are hiring all these young kids that doesn’t have a clue. They are paying them nothing and getting rid of the ones making $30 an hour. Seniority and knowledge is out the door with this company. The less money they spend on the bottom the richer TT gets. Then he will leave a millionaire and the company will die out. Hope he sleeps good at night.
Cause the people there brining in now there giving them bottom $ wages, then there going to try and force everyone that’s topped out, out the door, just a way they can save a few extra $
