Everyone going to target, wfm is not what it used to . Looking for a real company hop on the band wagon with target

Heck I'm making way more at target than I ever did at Whole Foods.
worked for target before wfm as a department manager. horrible pay. structure for raises was even worse. variable hours...like being told youre schefuled until 11pm, then youre required to stay until 3am bc of some asinine project or "set condensing" and have to be back at 7am to open. their starting rate for hourly is laughable here.
Why target?
Stores ar miserable?
