Bonuses - Power Services and Fieldcore

Any word on when or if GEPS and FieldCore will pay bonuses this year?

I have a horrible feeling the shaft is around the corner as there have been zero announcements so far.

I’m assuming salary increases are out of the question.

hpi- i don't believe the crap he is giving us. I was FMP then CAS. I can say that I haven't learned a sh-- apart from BSing, so I decided to leave to start doing real work and learn real sh-- instead. Trust me, you are a nicle after FMP, CAS. You may fool ge (they love it actually), you may fool yourself on believing you deserve exec salary but you won't fool you new employer. This is what killed, is killing GE.

If you are laid off do you still get your bonus? Or do you have to be employed the day they distribute?

Entry level Executive Band with 2 years of experience pretty well sums up the problems with GE stock.

Jose, a few OMLP rotations don't qualify you. Forget what GE says and put in 5 years at one of those "blue collar" jobs and you might be worth a nickle one day.

"figure out how to execute them using only the people we have now who are already 100% applied to other projects"

Ugh. I guess I'll have to use my influencing skills.

Like already said, no raises and I seriously doubt any of us regular salaried people (PB, LPB, engineers and such) will get anything except what we are getting now........

"How can you do more, we need more revenue, we need more orders. We need you to work and get it done! Oh and you get no overtime, pay raise, bonus or anything else but the challenge of doing the work!"

"While you're at it, get us a few multi-million dollar high value projects and figure out how to execute them using only the people we have now who are already 100% applied to other projects"

I won the lottery last year and am working at GE. Now that I have so much money it makes me sad to work with people who aren't getting a pension. I'm interviewing with other companies and I'll think kindly of you people.

I am in an entry level EB role at GEPS and got my bonus at the end of last year. You had to pick between a raise or bonus two years ago. Back then I was an OMLP on 8 month rotations going from job to job. I was fortunate to meet a lot of awesome blue collar folks during my rotations. I feel bad how they are just being pushed out the door like a pile of garbage.

Sadly I am still looking to leave now that I can interview at the executive level.

Your bonus has gone straight into my pocket now stop whining and get back to work so I can make a bigger bonus next year. Pay rises are feasible only if the company is profitable which it is not. As for pensions......it's days are drawing to a close. Artificial intelligence, universal income, mass unemployment and 'profit before people' will change the employment landscape like we've never seen before.

I hear it's the opposite. No bonuses for the EBs but there will be below EB.

Raises are gone - already announced

Meetings Thurs-Fri to roll out the bonus metrics...the concensus going in is that there will be no bonuses for the working folks, but EB and SEB will get theirs (quietly, in a future paycheck)
