Guess it was true - they do this annually and it is repulsive! Most of the people let go dedicated over 2 decades to that company. Guess that does not matter as long as the corporate elite pad their bonuses and salaries! So disgusting! Worked there 20 years.....I left a few years back, could not stand what it has become! They forced my direct report to retire and the replacement had no business in that position! Another waste of salary! However, that deadwood is still allowed to keep its job! PS how is it that a Director, VP and SR Director are allowed to work from home - like 4 or 5 days out of the week? It makes Apple sweat shops look like Club med! Everyone there is miserable the only ones who stay, are older because they are too close to retirement to walk out.....some of those people are unfortunately the ones affected! The millennials, well, no offense but they leave quicker than I change my underwear ( and that is quite often for real ). The company has been dragging for some time now, and the leadership has to change....everyone of them! They sit in their ivory tower barking orders and they make bucko bucks while the middle and line workers struggle to make ends meet! The fact that most of the talent left that company should speak volumes........Mike White should have been the CEO - not Indra! She surrounds herself with incompetence and well - spewing about making a Dorito specific to women - well need we say more! Change the formula - meaning change the leadership and things will change! Truly a shame!!!!

fun food, hey generation who cares, betcha can't eat just one....🥃😷
No ...they got it right. Millennials have never worked in a time when employee and employer loyalty exisited. So that demographic moves around..or job hops at a larger rate. Its facts. Your all also being replaced by the very technology you all grew up and live on. Social media...such as this site replaces head count in marketing....etc. Also, the millennials who worked for me always complained and had no sense of urgency. Again, facts.
Lol 1osk, they only need to cut the stock buy backs like by a billion dollars and we'd basically have unlimited capex compared to now.
"The millennials, well, no offense but they leave quicker than I change my underwear (and that is quite often for real )."
Not offended, but it sounds like you should probably be changing your underwear more often.
Fizzling into oblivion, face it the company sells sugar water and hocks sh--ty food.
I totally agree. Worked my butt off for this company producing year over year results only to be told your being laid off due to the reorganization of the business. Complete “bull” I was letgo because of beaucracy and favoritism.
Or Indra and others reducing their salary. She got a 13% increase and makes $24MM. Ridiculous. Roger Enrico took a salary of $1 for a couple years in the 90’s when we were going through a lot of change.
It would only take one year of no bonuses for execs and reinvest that money into the company y to get us back on our feet! But how can we ask millionaires to give up their pats on the back???? And they talk about Trump!!!
Well said! I was just layed off 2 days ago and everything you said is true. I cant wait to watch them topple
Totally Agree..
Well said
