What a bunch of crap, checklists, walks , scorecards , blah blah blah. We need OTS for senior management, and time those breaks. And where's our bonuses ?

Lotta customers goin over to publix and fresh market here in floriduh region..where we do ots yet dont recieve new product/delivery everyday..those business insider articles featured pic from some of our miami stores...
I can't wait for the summer slump....and OTS goes out the window as there is not enough labor to cover everything. And God forbid that STL and ASTL's do anything to help.
And millions of dollars wasted in throwing away fixtures and everything else only to then realize you have to turn around and buy more. It's a total joke. They waste money better than the federal government . Disgusting . OTS is just an excuse for them to do whatever they want. I won't cry for this company. The "vision" has turned into tunnel vision. The culture is gone . The "story" is dead. And sadly , they still don't know what they're doing.
