Why do we still have stores that are open 24 hours? Just standardize the hours and shift the overnight crew to other jobs

Our PC and TC were already told that it will happen by 2019
A co on another site said pc is going to an asst mgr and pc will be gone by end of year. Tc is getting hours cut and gone once all academies are up and running. BUT....haven’t seen any verification so we’re just keeping on for now.
