Does this mean you get the identical retirement pay you would received at 55? Do you get the retiree medical plan?

There was a change a few years ago

If you were 55 plus and a certain # years of service your medical was covered

Else you receive the supplement of approx $600

I retired in 2015 and retiree medical coverage can be summed up as: "Here's $600. Buy yourself something nice."

I thought retirement medical benefits went away with ObamaCare or when he was elected. oh wait ~ u must be from the level that has all the perks... us peons don’t get bonuses & can only afford to take the biggest deductible for medical... retirement benefits when u retire ~ what a joke- the benefits for the lower levels s#%k as an employee
