I was informed they were laying off many Ecommerce Department Managers. They only want one DM per store if their orders are less than 800 between grocery and STS.

Curious by what was meant by 800 ?? Is that dollars per day, orders per day, orders per week ?? Can you clarify ?
Until STS really gets going, and in some stores it’s going to take a long time, based on what type of town you live in. I think it was working just fine letting the photo, electronic, and claims office handle it. Sometimes it’s in the afternoon before an order even comes across to be picked but yet there are two people standing around back there waiting. Big waste of payroll. We live in a farm town with lots of retired people too that do not participate in technology. Also why we sell a lot of flip phones.
