Still so middle management heavy. It really is paradise because no one is held accountable for anything.

Too many experienced design and sustaining engineers fired to make room for operations guys who know little to nothing but have enough connections to pull it off. In the end you're being banned for to many failures and downtime that nobody can do anything about.
