There's is a lot of anxiousness, fear, vile energy and company bashing on this forum right now, so to move in another direction, could you share with us what got you working in this firm and what keeps you going, and still working here at PepsiCo?
For me, it was and still is the money, and i still like what i do, but this uncertainty drives me crazy.
You'd have a lot of anxiousness, fear and vile energy if it were you being laid off. Give these people a break. If bashing the company that just fired them makes them feel better so be it.
It used to be a company you were proud to say you worked for. The pay and benefits are decent, but you felt like part of a team. Not anymore.
