I recall being in office for 2 layoffs. One did not affect the team I was on. We were at our desk as people were walking out. It was tough but not as bad as the next. The next layoff actually let go of people I knew and several that were needed for the success of the project. I don’t know how things went in the room, just know I was there seeing my friends cry as they packed their belongings. I was able to hug 1 on her way out but this is definitely something you don’t want to be in office for. Wish they would shut the building down and have people come in for appts but you know the business must go on. Make, move, sell. Everything is supposed to be seemless to the consumer but surely they will notice when their favorite RSR is no longer around or a ZA can’t get the assistance they need because the go-to person is gone. From those experiences, I don’t think the direct manager knows ahead of time who will be impacted.

At FLNA HQ over the past weekend they added stickers to the desks with Facilities and Security phone numbers.
