Reading some of these posts and listening to hallway conversations. A lot of people need to relax. There are way too many new hirers coming in. Just chill people and drink a Pepsi.

You are obviously clueless. New college hires started today....Pay them less, no pension. Layoffs for older folks will happen starting Tuesday. If you don't realize/understand that, then I agree with the other comment that you must be new...and clueless. And no, I will not drink a Pepsi. That doesn't "Chill" anything. People are losing their jobs, the jobs that help them support their family, etc. Maybe you don't need your job and can easily chill, but most people are hard-working and do need their's.
