Back up your laptops first thing regardless if you haven’t already done so. So you can at least take that with you.
Worked for Pepsico for 18 years and got tired on the annual reorg/restructures. Stress was too much and watch a lot of good people treated like criminals. When employees cry because leadership gets the axe something not right. If they are using to 70 rule I would the that's nothing more than age discrimination. Keep your head held high, and remember this is also about families. Praying for a lot of my friends, peers, and old bosses.
