No speculation..the deal is done...read, read, read the article's in full.
This is a speculation purchase based on the current price and where they think its going. It makes perfect sense to double down on your position if you are at a loss to break even or lessen your losses. On the other hand if you hold out then maybe you will benefit from M&A.
