Everybody here is on edge today... People are snapping at each other over smallest things...
If PepsiCo's goal was to create a hostile work environment for pretty much everybody here, job well done... Something tells me this will not change once the layoffs are done... Something has change within this company for everybody... And I don't see it as going back to same old after this...
They want to divide us...they want miserable people, hoping they leave.
Stay strong, hold your head up.

I’m guessing Indra won’t be taking questions from the audience this time around. Can you imagine if someone with nothing to lose asked Indra or her directs to justify their jobs given the poor strategy, execution, and investments that led to this?!
Screw Pepsico...even if you survive the layoff that should be the new attitude going forward ...screw Pepsico, screw Indra and all her inept clowns
