Someone from Western Digital HR comes here and writes. Layoffs will come and they want employees to work hard? What? So many low performers because not motivated. Young graduates majority decline offer from WD because of this

I think it depends on where you work, and what your job is. If you are not happy with what your doing or getting paid, nobody is making you stay. Sure, its hard to be on the street looking for work, but its always better to get a new job while your still employed. So, you like working here, how do you keep your job? Be a contributor. Add to the imaginary roadmap. Be proactive. Be a star performer, and also network within the company. Don't abuse the privilege of unlimited vacation, but take time to recharge when you can. And remember, if your not busy, your doing something wrong. I can't say that I know anyone that is slacking.
