Have any prior layoffs been projected as far in advance as this one has? People have been talking about this for months. It's the worst kept "secret" I've ever seen.

On the Beverage side, we knew it was coming in 2011 when we had a massive Re-Org, and the same in 2012 when we had a slightly smaller one, but most of that was at the Region Levels.
I knew about it last year around November, but never thought that it would have been this massive.
the people who stay are the ones who will really suffer...way better money out there...
sounds good to me ! I am on the same plan that you are. I actively encourage the millennials to quit, I tell them they can do much better. The only ones who stay are the indentured servants who are being held hostage by their Visa paperwork.
Screw these guys. Every couple years it's the same thing. I am very close to hitting magic age for retirement. So i plan to do as little as possible until then. I hope the millennials continue to quit
