Has anyone noticed more firings than usual in their store in the past month or so?

My MA store has had 5 this month.
What is the re-write in the call out system, is there a new policy?
My TL's are trying so hard to get me to leave and writing me up over absolutely everything, but they never have enough to terminate me. It's kind of funny watching them flop around like fish out of water when I tell them they are wrong all of the time. My ATL is so clueless she doesn't even know what they're supposed to order on the truck (and she only has to do it because our buyer can't be assed to work the weekends.)
how do you get written up for coming to work out of uniform??? shouldn't you just be sent home and get an absence??floriduuhh region....
Nope. As a matter of fact I only know of people who have quit. No one in Austin that I am aware of has been fired over OTS/SOP. If there are firings at your location give it a couple of days...you'll likely see they did it to themselves.
I have only heard of people quitting.
They have been ‘weeding’ some really hardworking TMs out!
