How are you ERs that have been trained to call new potential students enjoying your first day calling new leads? Here in the QC we are laughing. We know we are doomed but are actively looking for new jobs. Good luck to you all. Remember those ERs not trained yet will be.

More and more people are finding jobs and leaving the QC. The Training schedule for ERs is being advanced. Good luck to all
Brave. Honest. Focused. Big joke...the QC was created because ER's were initially making the first call to prospective students and couldn't handle the workload on top of their ER role that is when the QC came into play. They role out Genesys that STILL after 5 years of testing the damn system still doesn't work. Directors know layoffs or entire closure of the QC is happening...take it to our core values and be honest with is. The writing is on the wall.
Yes this place is very bad. Rumors of Pay cuts, systems not working and countless issues on everything... just waiting to get the axe
QC is doomed. ERs are dammed.
