Being fired from PepsiCo is so common the recruiters don't even ask why. What is important is how many people you threw under the Pepsico bus who now work at companies of interest to you. Pray their memory is short. Spend the weekend reflecting on who you think will help you. Oh, by the way, there are many jobs advertised, they just don't fill them.
