Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Anybody else wishing it has already happened?

This will be a lousy weekend, I know already. All I'll be able to think about will be what's going to happen next week and if I'll still have a job at the end of it.

Waiting is sometimes worse than knowing, I think. Especially since we have seen from previous layoffs that working hard and doing your job well is not a guarantee to not being affected.

Perhaps you should think like wall street has .. Be lean and less beauratic . I’m sure there are many of you that are not adding value and just are buying into the corporate b---s---ntomreamom relevant !

I think it is wise to always have your resume updated and ready - never be caught off guard. With these rumors having been around since last October, hopefully folks saw the writing on the wall and put the feelers out. Preparation lessens the anxiety. I

Seems like it's time to ensure that we all have a viable resume together. I have over 10 years with PepsiCo and unfortunately, I think it's time to start looking elsewhere since these reorgs seems to be happening more frequently. Sad but true...
