Tl responding back - I’m tight with my coordinators and stl , not worried . I get over time plus 72k a year . Hard work pays off when your team is performing

TL below you are not performing your team is you would be nothing without them. Another thing is you probably work in a busy location and just coast by because of high volume of people in the store. Also since you are making that amount you are more then likely one of the hang arounds that has been around forever.

Exactly. On another post a TL was trying to defend whole foods pay scale by saying the pay cap is 72k. Yeah right. Youll never make it. Make over 60k and you have a target on your back.
The combo team thing was a way to get rid of High paid TLs combine three teams to eliminate two high paid jobs. Then repost the old jobs and pay the new TLs less money.
