Anyone listen in to JM on the finance all hands call? The slido questions were brutal and she got a bit testy about the "Why does Immelt get millions of dollars and I get two months severance?" question.
The execs STILL aren't getting it, in my opinion. JM said that it was time to let go of the anger and offer a bit more "grace" (her word, not mine), but typical to a GE "leader", she apparently has no concept that the people in the trenches are worried about their jobs and their ability to feed their families and return before they are 80.
She also had a bunch of typical corporate BS about bringing in the right leadership, but all I see is the same old cronies getting promoted and rewarded....
