My first thought was that the bank was not taking cc on firearms anymore.
Yes. Bass Pro has used MasterCard for a very long time, while banking with Bank Of America. Bass Pro is switching to Capital One also, while Cabela's switches to MasterCard. Both cards will be Mastercards through Capital one.
What are Cabela's Club incentives per card? If you're a Club Outfitter what do you get paid per app?
Yes that is what Bass Pro uses.

Capitol one got a better deal thru MasterCard. Should take effect by end of year.
